The Town of Eagle Point is seeking a person to hire for custodial duties for the town hall and pavilion rentals.

Duties include but not limited to:

Cleaning of town hall, bathrooms, pavilion opening for rental and cleaning of concession stand and bathrooms.

Approximately 80 hours a year, starting wage: $20.00 an hour-negotiable.

Flexible hours/days, but geared toward when meetings are held, rentals, elections, and events, could be short notice when bookings occur. 

Important to be available to clean and stock supplies based on when the pavilion and hall are rented – mostly on weekends, but could vary, most rentals occur during the spring/summer but also on holiday weekends.

Person needs to be self-managing of hours and duties, along with communication with clerk on dates of rentals.
