Request for Volunteers for Committee

Eagle Point Residents Needed for a Special Committee to evaluate the needs for the Fire Station and make recommendation on how to proceed to address those needs.

All residents interested in being a member of the Fire Station Committee are asked to provide their name, address, phone number, email address,  to either Rick Bowe, Planning Commission Chair, or Laurie Hebert, Town Clerk by no later than February 5, 2018.

At the December 11, 2017 Planning Commission meeting, it was recommended that Special committee with approximately 10 people be created.  The Planning Commission will recommend the names of committee members for appointment by the Town Board in February or March.

The committee will be asked to meet and review all options for addressing the Fire Station needs, with an objective of presenting a recommendation to the Planning Commission when ready, within 6-12 months.

Events In Our Area


Ann Michels recently passed away after a long battle with cancer.  She frequently came down to the Eagle Point Park with the grandchildren.  Her family thought it would be nice have benches made to donate to the Town in her memory.  Please take the time to stop down and see the benches.

They are beautiful!  What a loving way for her husband, children and grandchildren to remember such a special person!

2017 Tax Payments

First half of 2017 taxes due January 31, 2018.  Make out check to Town of Eagle Point.

Make out a separate check for a dog license and include: name, breed, color, sex, if neutered or spayed, date of rabies vaccination and expiration. Include a contact phone number.
