Nitrate Screening Information: Thanks for stopping in! 100 samples were processed! 20 of those samples showed elevated levels and received a free nitrate certified test. We did call or emailed every person who left their form/ jar behind as of this afternoon- remind people to check their emails as if they put down an email, that’s where the results went too.  If any questions, they can call me directly at 715-944-6608- this is my direct line and will be easier communication if need be!   We do not have a set date for the next screening event as summer months is our busiest months with fairs, festivals, beaches, campgrounds and we are always in the field completing inspections. We hope to host an event at the county courthouse in the fall and will send an email to all clerks when we get closer to October. As always there is nitrate information on our public health county website and other testing that is completed for a charge.
