GRAVEL SUPPLY AND DELIVERY

 

The town will pick up gravel (basecoarse) at the pit or hire the supplier to supply and deliver at any location in the town. Provide price per ton to supply and to supply/deliver 1-1/4” (one and a quarter inch) aggregate and 3/4” (three quarter inch) aggregate gravel.

 

The gravel supplied under this contract is that which is required for projects completed by the town’s own forces and does not include contracted major road projects bid as a package where the gravel supply is a component of that project.

 

Prior to award of contract, successful bidder is to include certification that the gravel meets WI DOT specifications for 3/4 inch and 1-1/4-inch crushed gravel basecourse.

 

Bid Documents

Bids are to be signed and must be submitted on the correct bid form.   Bids must be submitted and received by the Eagle Point Town Clerk no later than 7:00 PM on Monday April 21, 2026. Bids will be opened, read aloud, and may be awarded at this meeting.  Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurance.
