Public Meetings Virtual Attendance: Public Meetings Virtual Attendance Because of the Health threat we are all facing, and to minimize risk, the Town Board has elected to conduct meetings via Video/Teleconferences. Until the health threat has passed, Town Board, Planning Commission, or other meetings may be held via ZOOM videoconferences. The video conferences are available for the general public and residents of Eagle Point to attend. To attend a Public meeting the general public can use ZOOM Video Web-Link, or can use the teleconference number listed below.
